Your refund will be issued after we have received and approved the return at our warehouse.

To ensure your return reaches us safely:
- Use a trackable shipping method and email the tracking number to info@michelloo.com.
- We recommend insuring your return against loss or damage.

- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Returns without tracking or proof of delivery will not be refunded.
- Incorrect customs declarations may cause delays or extra fees.

- Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
- Used or damaged items may not qualify for a full refund.
- If your product arrived damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos.

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.

- Include the following on customs form:

- Ensure the label is clearly visible and secure.
Step 6: Ship and Notify
- Send your package and email tracking info to info@michelloo.com.
- Keep the shipping receipt until return is complete.
Step 7: Wait for Confirmation and Refund
- After we inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund.
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
