Your refund will be issued after we have received and approved the return at our warehouse.


📬 Tracked & Insured Shipping

To ensure your return reaches us safely:

  • Use a trackable shipping method and email the tracking number to info@michelloo.com.
  • We recommend insuring your return against loss or damage.

⚠️ Please note:

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  • Returns without tracking or proof of delivery will not be refunded.
  • Incorrect customs declarations may cause delays or extra fees.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
  • Used or damaged items may not qualify for a full refund.
  • If your product arrived damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.

Step 6: Ship and Notify

  • Keep the shipping receipt until return is complete.

Step 7: Wait for Confirmation and Refund

  • After we inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
